this shipping policy explains our shipping areas, processing times, estimated delivery times and important information for international orders.

2. order processing
orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.
processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume and whether a product is handmade, made to order or custom-made.
custom-made products, artificial rock products, molds, special-size items or made-to-order products may require additional production time. the estimated production time will be shown on the product page or communicated separately.
orders are not usually processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

4. shipping costs
shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, product weight, package size and selected shipping method.
for large, heavy or custom-made products, shipping costs may need to be calculated individually. in this case, we will contact you before confirming shipment.

these delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, product availability or other circumstances outside our control.
6. tracking
if tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
7. customs, duties and taxes
for deliveries outside the european union, additional customs duties, import taxes, vat, handling fees or other charges may apply.
these charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs unless explicitly stated at checkout.
the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, vat, handling fees or other charges charged by their country.
please check your local import regulations before placing an order.
8. switzerland, united kingdom and other non-eu orders
orders shipped to switzerland, the united kingdom and other non-eu countries may be subject to customs clearance, import vat, duties and additional handling fees.
pelias solutions is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
9. import restrictions
the customer is responsible for checking whether the ordered products may be imported, owned or used in their country or region.
pelias solutions is not responsible for failed delivery, confiscation, delays or additional costs caused by customs procedures, import restrictions or incorrect customer information.
10. damaged packages
please inspect your package upon delivery.

a short description of the issue
this helps us process the case with the shipping provider.
11. lost or delayed shipments
if your shipment appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the shipping provider.
please note that international shipments can sometimes be delayed due to customs or carrier processing.
12. incorrect shipping information
please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing an order.
pelias solutions is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery or failure to collect the package, additional shipping costs may apply.
