right of withdrawal

consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter sent by post, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

you may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

effects of withdrawal

if you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

we will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

return of goods

you must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

the deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

this may apply, for example, to custom-made enclosure components, custom artificial rock products, custom molds, custom sizes, personalized products or products manufactured according to customer specifications.

the right of withdrawal may also expire early for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium if you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
